This past Spring we had the opportunity to aid another non-profit to bring progress with the local area. Get Moving! Inc. raises funds by hosting its annual “Day of Play” event that brings former WVU players from the NFL to host various athletic activities to encourage children to become active.

 

Get Moving! Inc. aims to increase healthy lifestyles and decrease the obesity rate in families across the Mountain State, West Virginia. 

 

            Dr. Elizabeth Oppe, the founder and President of Get Moving! Inc. and Tim Bradley, the Vice President of Get Moving! Inc. both aim to further the benefits of the “Day of Play” event and spread the word of healthy living.

 

            Our team brought the 6th annual event a fund of $18,000. We analyzed the entire and gave Dr. Oppe the tools to grow her event to spread across the central region of W.V. to encompass the entire state.
